The Organic Mint Sauce is made with white wine vinegar fermented from organic grapes over a lengthy period to produce a delicate, well rounded flavour, while the Organic Apple Sauce is made with cider vinegar, less acidic than wine vinegar and with a fragrant apple flavour to complement the organic apples.

Both sauces will be on shelf in time to meet consumer demand for condiments to go with the traditional Easter roast.

The new organic products, marketed with the Soil Association's standard of approval on the jars, retail at £1.79.
